Tracy Denman-Hughes 

Tracy Denman-Hughes has a solid industry background starting with more than 20 years with Thomson Holidays (now TUI), much of it as a senior executive as Head of Long Haul and Europe. 

With Thomson, Tracy was responsible for the overseas delivery of the Thomson product, liaising with tourist boards, hoteliers, ground handling agencies and airlines. 

During this time she forged strong personal relationships on a worldwide basis, which continue through to today and mark her out as a highly respected and recognised industry professional. 



Pauline Gullidge

Pauline Gullidge started her career at Thomson Holidays, initially working within customer services on a variety of brands including their summer sun, skiing and cruise programmes. 

Moving then to Kuoni Travel, Pauline held executive roles within their tour operating division, direct sell programmes and finally their conference and incentive division. 

She then progressed to Operations Director at Flexi Conference and Incentive (now part of TUI). Nurturing a strong portfolio of contacts among key travel industry leaders, Pauline has a thorough understanding of diverse industry sectors including tour operating, product contracting, cruising, transportation, car rental, representation and the MICE market. 

She is a member of the Institute of Travel and Tourism.

Both Tracy and Pauline have travelled extensively throughout their careers and have in-depth knowledge of the Caribbean, USA, Far East, Egypt, Australia, Indian Ocean and Maldives, India and much of Africa – as well as Europe.
